Tasks and Challenges
What social media managers carry with them as baggage is creativity and analytical skills. They have an affinity for art and writing. Half have a bachelor’s degree. In general, social media managers are concerned with content creation (50%) and strategy formulation (45%).
The challenges lie in generating engagement (65%) and publishing unique and interesting content (49%). The most used platforms are Instagram (87%) and Facebook (73%). They see a bright future ahead of them; the industry offers great opportunities in which they certainly want to continue to develop.
